He was really good at not hurting me and I felt like they took the time needed for you to be numbed up to extract your teeth that's as far as I have had work done here it was extracting teeth but I've had nightmares of extractions cuz I am now in dentures so I've had to extract all my teeth and I think he did a very nice job

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for a few years now and am extremely satisfied with how kind, gentle and caring he is. I was pleasantly surprised this past visit when I saw Roxann
for the first time and she cleaned my teeth. That's the first time in all my life I didn't jump out of the chair in pain from sensitive teeth or gums. She was not only gentle but she was extremely thorough. I greatly appreciated that more than anyone knows! She fits perfectly in with Dr. Smith and the receptionist. It's a fantastic team they have!

I am very disappointed with the amount of time it took Trevor's office to submit a claim to my insurance. I had work done on Oct 8th of 2020 and the claim wasn't received until June 22, 2021. OVER 8 MONTHS!!!!
My new dentist in a different state asked my insurance company for my history back on June 2, 2021. Since the insurance company hadn't yet received the claim from Trevor Smith Dental, an incomplete history was given to my new dentist. Because the details of the work I had done with Dr. Smith wasn't sent to my insurance company in a timely manner, I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars

I am a new patient of Dr. Smith’s. What a pleasant office! The receptionist was so cheerful and helpful, both on the phone and in person – what a breath of fresh air. She made setting up the appointment a breeze and made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. My previous appointment was in January before COVID hit, so it has been almost two years. My previous dentist and his staff do not wear masks, so I hesitated returning. My daughter had switched to Dr. Smith a few years ago and recommended that I call his office. I was nervous about making changes, but I am so glad

This is the first time my dad has seen Dr. Smith. He broke a tooth and needed to get if fixed fairly quickly. Dr. Trevor Smith went the extra mile to make sure he was satisfied. My dad was nervous going in but Dr. Smith explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He joked along the way and kept my dad thinking about other things. My dad is deaf in one ear and didn't wear his hearing aid because he thought he would have to take it out for the procedure. Dr. Smith made sure he spoke loud enough for him and made him feel at ease. He spent one on one time with him and got the tooth taken
