Orthodontic care may often be viewed as primarily cosmetic, but in reality it is an important part of long-term health care. Orthodontic problems are often very visible.
More adults are receiving orthodontic treatment now than ever before. There is no age limit to when you can receive a beautiful, confident smile. Our skilled dentist, Dr. Scott Healey, has treated patients of all ages with braces at our office, and braces are now more comfortable and effective than in the past.
The recommended age to see an orthodontist is no later than 7 years. Although it is best to wait for all of the permanent teeth to be in before starting orthodontic treatment, there are a few occasions when early intervention is needed to help prevent abnormal wear or injury to protruding teeth, and to correct damaging habits or jaw disproportions.

No fancy gimmicks here, just good dentistry. Dr Healey does it all. No need to go to multiple places to have your teeth taken care of. Cares about patients. He has called me afterwards to check up on me to make sure I was comfortable. If I need help, he gets me in quickly, no 2 weeks wait time. Taken right back when you arrive for your appointment. Staff is younger, seems to help new graduates get experience and confidence. Have always been pleased with service here. With the glut of Dentists out there, you can't go wrong with the knowledge and experience Dr Healey brings to his practice. He stands

Dr. Healey is great! I was scared of dentists, most likely because I had a lot of dental work as a child. I have been a patient of Dr. Healey's for years now. I just had to have a root canal and honestly it was the best dental work I've ever had. I have referred many friends and family members to Dr. Healey and they have been impressed. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. I had Scott as a dentist growing up, he didn’t care if I was numb or not. I’d cry and cry while he worked in me. The amount of pain he put me through is unreal!! Because of him I was traumatized to go to the dentist for over a decade. I would never recommend him in a million years. I’ve talked to others who have had similar experiences with him as well. Please don’t take your children to him.

Dr. Healey is the best dentist our family has ever used. He is talented, honest and does wonderful work. I have gone to other dentists where it seems their only objective is to get me to spend thousands. Not Dr. Healey. He is always very open and more conservative in his approach. He will give it to you straight. Pricing is great. Service is simple. I've also found him to be the most kind, gentle, and painless. The office isn't ritzy, but then again you don't pay as a customer for someone's extravagant office either.
