I've been to a lot of Bikram Yoga Studios in the last 10years, to supplement my training as a professional athlete, and I have to say Bikram Yoga Livermore is by far the best. From the staff, to the cleanliness of the studio and changing rooms to the other students. I love this place! I frequent this studio as often as I can for a number of reasons.

Only one of which is Bikram, those of us who love Bikram we just get it. The owners, however, Razi and Deanna, are another story. Loving, warm, very invested in creating a gorgeous, clean studio. It really sparkles. That and they have amazing teachers and are fast becoming more than "just a yoga studio".

Our mission is to empower communities of all ages, sizes, shapes, genders, religious beliefs, sexual orientations and colors to come together as one by providing a safe and encouraging environment to practice wellness and strengthen the mind, body and spirit. We opened our first studio in Livermore, CA in 2015 and shortly thereafter acquired our second Dublin, CA location in 2016.
Class Description Find your inner child and your love for flight with Joya Aerial Yoga! Joya Aerial Yoga not only combines acrobatic arts and anti-gravity asana, but it's also an accessible practice that will help you find more length in your. This all-level class is 60 minutes of mindfully transitioning asanas meant to release stress and build body-mind-spirit awareness.
Bikram Hot Yoga is the original Hot Yoga. It is a sequence of 26 postures performed in a 105 F room with 40% humidity. It is designed to systematically move fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as Nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of wellbeing will follow automatically.
Hot Vinyasa Yoga classes allow for a variety of postures synchronized into a rhythmic flow that will leave you relaxed, detoxified and re-centered! Heat improves circulation, metabolism and strengthens the cardiovascular system while sweating detoxifies the body and rejuvenates the skin. No two classes will be the same as postures, music and dialogue are set and tailored by our Yoga Alliance certified teachers.
This all-level class is 60 minutes of mindfully transitioning asanas meant to release stress and build body-mind-spirit awareness. A mindful warm-up is followed by flowing asanas that dive deep into your embodied experience. We will be holding postures that cover the entire body, and focusing on the breath which will help to create a supple and toned body.

DO not give these people you credit card information. I quit my membership last year. they stop charging my credit card for a few months, changed name, and then start changing it again.
