We were interested in a home that had been on the market approx. 120 days. We came in with an offer to Devin Aguilar. He took 24hrs to get back to us with a counter. Our realtor was telling Devin about some repairs that the home needed. Devin admitted that he had never been to the property he was selling. We made another bid. 24 hours later he told us that our offer wouldn't get the home. We decided to go with his counter offer. He then informed us that another party had made an offer and that they had taken their counter offer. Devin told our realtor that he's only making $900

Josh DeShong Real Estate is the ONLY real estate company we would ever use. This is our second time listing a house with them. The first time, they sold our house in 2 days. The second time, they sold my sister's house in 13 days (and, at Christmas time!). They responded to our call the same day. The agent, Chris English (he was also the agent who found our currant house), was on top of everything regarding the sale of my sister's house. Do not waste your time, because they will definitely waste yours. I filled in the contact-us form on the website and got a call from Shawn Waters within hours and made an appointment for an agent to see my house. Later I had to change the time by 30 minutes, so I emailed Shawn twice to arrange that, with no reply. Finally I sent a third email and said that if he didn't reply I would assume that the meeting was cancelled, and that finally got a response. He acknowledged the new time and said he'd change it.
