Capodagli Property Company has a mission of "Building on Belonging". We pride ourselves on building personal relationships with local governments to make sure that all of our projects are benefiting the entire community. Capodagli Property Company has a subsidiary arm in Meridia Living, an internal leasing and asset management team comprised of local and corporate level professionals. We, as a firm, seek to purchase vacant, underutilized, environmentally neglected properties throughout transit hubs in New York and New Jersey so that we can turn those properties into assets. Since 1970 we have managed every aspect of the process from locating underutilized land to designing a development that augments value for the local community.
Cap Hospitality is a new division of Capodagli Property Company intended to elevate our properties beyond apartment buildings, furthering our mission to build a community in the areas we're developing. This new division is first materializing as Cap Diner-a homage to the classic New Jersey Diner debuting in Hackensack in 2020-to be followed by our grab-and-go concept, Cap O' Joe, both of which will be introduced in our upcoming properties.

I never write reviews but I had to forewarn anyone that wants to live in this place. They are absolutely disrespectful they act as if your apartment is theirs and they come in with out telling you. They called me and asked me to help them patch potholes in the driveway and then the following month they're trying to evict me. Do yourself a favor and find another place.
