Emerson from Alligator Property Management was hired to sell the items in my Mom’s house in an estate sale, since she was moving to an assisted living. Emerson and his employees staged the house and advertised and sold absolutely everything in that house except the piano, which they removed on their own to the proper place. They did a fantastic job at a stressful time for my family. They took care of every little detail even though this was in the Philadelphia suburbs.They left the house spotless and we collected more money than we thought possible! I paid $35 for the application and they never not even once got in touch with me regarding any apartment via phone call or email. I called them a couple of times they always have the same answer, will call you back! They never did. Not sure if it’s a scam or just poor business conduct.
