I purchased loaf of corn bread buttermilk and that was the worst cornbread I have ever had. It was dry it had NO taste it was just bad. I ended up throwing it out to the freezing birds and even they were not in a hurry to ingest that junk. That was wasted money and time.I hope you have a greater success baking cupcakes cakes etc. Because you certainly do not know how to bake corn bread. Sorry to say I bought a Nikolas product.Nancy White
