The Home Inspection, or also known as The Whole House Inspection, is by far the most important home inspection for a Buyer. Unless you are an expert, it is highly unlikely that you will catch a home's minor, or sometimes even major, problems during a typical house viewing. This is why it is important to obtain a professional, unbiased second opinion before making such an important decision.
Radon is an invisible, odorless, tasteless and radioactive gas that occurs naturally in rocks and soils throughout the world. It rises through cracks in the ground and in basements of buildings, where it collects, increasing the concentration that is inhaled. Radon may be found in older homes and buildings, and in newer ones as well.

I have used Eagle Eye Home Inspections for at least 8 inspections and they always do a thorough job with the inspection process as well as the explanation to my clients so they understand all the details of what they are purchasing. That and the fact that they are willing to do inspections on the weekend help tremendously with clients that may need that option.

Frank was a gem. He was on time and spent three hours going over the house, patiently answering questions along the way. His report was "by the book", but he provided a number of extra insights in conversation during the interaction. He was also glad to answer a follow-up call afterwards.
His report left out one photo that would have been helpful, so I marked him down to four stars. However, overall he was very helpful and I would definitely use him again.

Frank's inspections, and his additional support thereafter, were critical to us, as we are acquiring a property in Lewes, but live in Central New York.
