Nate Kazeck has been in the automotive industry for over 17 years. Growing up he had a passion for vehicles and in 2003 had the opportunity, through his high school tech program, to work at a GMC dealership in Cambridge. It was during this experience that he knew he wanted to have a career in the automotive repair industry.
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE, exists to promote the finest quality in vehicle repair, service and parts. ASE certified professionals work in every part of the automotive industry. Shop owners and customers can better gauge a technicians level of expertise knowing that ASE certified technicians are strenuously tested and certified.

Elite was very quick at getting my repairs done even though on my end I was having trouble getting it to them when I had intended, even with that they were right on top of it! Excellent customer service from the first phone call all the way to pick. I would highly recommend using them and I will definitely being using them for my future needs! Thanks Elite for the great experience!!!

My car stalled on the highway twice, and had to be towed twice, to our old auto shop. They couldn't figure out what was going on. So we brought it to Elite Autocare and they immediately figured out the problem! We had additional work to be done, so we had them quote us on all of it and they were a better value than our previous shop, too. So, we had them do it all. Our SUV is working better than ever, I can feel the difference in the way it drives. They even found a nail in our tire and took care of that! The only issue we had was that we had to schedule out a few days because they're busy, but

Checked at four auto places for new tires for my truck. Elite Auto has competitive prices and Nate even wanted feedback in from my search on how they compared. Scheduled my appointment for an oil change that was due, installing new tires and checking the back brakes that needed changing. In dropping of the truck for service asked Sabrina if the spare tire can be checked also - just making sure all was ok - she personally checked on this for me. When picking up my truck Sabrina went over all services and asked if there were any questions. Awesome costumer service!

Went to another shop first who wanted to charge an arm and a leg for one issue on my jeep. Got recommended to them and I'll never look back. They fixed everything I needed and more with a great price and the staff were amazing. Very honest In pricing and kept you updated on all the work happening on your vehicle.

They were thorough to ensure the whole issue was fixed right the first time!
They worked with my extended warranty company, which not all service shops do and even offered a loaner if I needed one while I had my car serviced. They have earned my future business.
