Amazing bread!!! I’m sure that I will buy the bread again!
Now about the almond croissant, a constructive criticism:
It need to be moister. It’s too dry, really dry. Fixing this you should be good. But in second place there is the sloppy decoration, that could be better. I’m saying this cause really felt like a waste of money. And I hope you understand!

I did a walking tour and we met here to start it off. I grabbed a cinnamon roll and it was the best cinnamon roll of my entire life. Everywhere you go have these things and I've eaten tons of them but this was my favorite.

I visited the pastry shop on sunday November 7.As a retired pastry chef I was very disappointed there were no croissants and had to settle for reheated almond croissant partially overbaked.The ciabatta bread was gummy.The only dish was the bagel with cured salmon.I went to this pastry since I say the pastry chef mam.he a short crust tart just like I was taught at pastry school using soft butter instead the classic notion of using cold butter.

Had the avocado last, it was amazing. Nice change from having an egg on it. Fresh and light. Staff was great, laughing and smiling.

Many tempting desserts. Had ham & cheese croissant. Friendly staff. Lots of tempting goodies with chocolate ingredients to take home.

This review is solely for their chocolate king cake. Decadent and a nice change from icing and large food colored sugar chunks.

The lemon currant scone and salted caramel croissant were the best I've ever eaten in all my travels!! Cannot wait to test the rest!! Great customer service!!

So disappointed! Went here based on the stellar reviews, but was let down. I had a cappuccino, which was made out of an instant machine. It left much to be desired. I also had the almond croissant, ham and cheese croissant, savory brioche, and egg sandwich. The croissants were flakey with nice flavor. The brioche’s mix ins were not evenly distributed, so a few bites had a very concentrated onion flavor, others cheese. This pastry would have been better if it was possible to blend the flavors. This cafe is located in a quite street in Garden District. It is surrounded by beautiful mansions and homes of the area. A convenient location to fuel up before or after your walking tour for this neighborhood. The pastries are quite fresh and tasteful. They do have some unusual croissant flavors such as feta and spinach, caramel sea salt. Feta and spinach reminds one the Mediterranean boreks. They are flaky and savory very good combination. We will stop by again when visiting this part of the town
