We offer well child exams, sports physicals and acute care to pediatric patients < 18 years of age. We offer annual physical exams, preventive care, weight management and acute care to adult as well as geriatric or elderly patients. Our clinic also provides routine prenatal care to OB patients as well as outpatient care to patients with common Gynecological problems.

My experience with reliance was nothing short of awesome. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by staff who were all so warm and welcoming. From receptionists, to the providers, to the phlebotomists, everyone was just so kind; which is hard to find in urgent care facilities. I am a critical care nurse, so it was so nice to be the one on the receiving end of great care. The nurse practitioner that cared for me was super attentive and comforting. They also got with me after my visit about my lab results in a matter of days and made sure I didn't need anything else. You can really tell

Instead of always having the same doctor they bring in students that have no info on the existing patient. Everytime I got back I have to give the same story of my life to somebody new and in training, then I'm asked how well did the student do, instead of just helping the me for the reasons I have come for. I have existing problems and a primary doctor there but I seem to talk to somebody new who has no information about my problems over and over.

So far I only had my first visit as I have struggled with going to the doctor for years and also had trouble finding an office who would accept new patients. The first impression was very encouraging, the office staff were very responsive and went above and beyond to help get me in the door and remind when my appointment was coming up. The Dr Chaudhry really great and I found out that she could take care of My who family as she was a GYN and could see children as well. I know that the office is new, and that this was the first appointment so I expect that the practice is trying to shine to generate
