I would highly recommend the Queen Creek Office! The front office staff there are always friendly and helpful whenever I call or come in for a visit, and the dentist Dr. Trulson is very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly as are the hygienists and assistants. They always make sure you are doing good, and explain everything. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else!

I had majorly chipped my front tooth on Thursday evening, so I immediately called to leave a message with Hill Family Dentistry. Received a call back at 8am sharp on Friday and scheduled an appointment at 9am Friday. Dr. Charleston was very good and matched the repair expertly. Now I have my smile back! Thank you!

Dr. Hill was amazing. Though I was in an immense amount of pain he not only made my tooth feel better but was also very personable. He didn’t just try to leave me with a temporary fix but instead try to help me in the long run. And that, I really appreciated. I’ve never left a review for a dentist before but I feel Dr Hill should know what an amazing job he did.

Dentist is unprofessional and oversteps boundaries. Going to the dentist is a nerve wracking experience so the last thing you want is to be humiliated by the dentist himself. I'm nearly 30 years old and the dentist aggressively pinched my cheek, shakes my head and tells me how cute I am like I'm a toddler. Past visits he kept rubbing my forehead telling me not to scrunch my face or its going to get stuck that way. I brushed off those experiences and just kept going to this office but this is definitely the last time I'll ever go there. The rest of the staff is very sweet and does their jobs well

This was my first visit to this dental office. The staff was very pleasant and thorough. Had my X-ray's then met with Dr. Banfield. He checked my teeth, descaled and cleaned manually with no discomfort. Then the assistant polished and off I went. I am very pleased with the experience and have scheduled an appointment later this year.

It was the best root canal experience I have ever had, I was so comfortable that I almost went to sleep. Doctor Trulson was very professional, and the staff was really great. I If you are looking for a dentist then let me recommend this office, sure I can tell you all about the service but the only way you are going to know is go and try it yourself. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Hill since I moved to AZ. He is an excellent dentist, but I called today to double check that I could use my AARP United Healthcare insurance with him. His name is on the the list of available dentists and it indicates that he is taking new patients.... I am 70 years old and have AARP United Healthcare Advantage, however, evidently Dr. Hill will take my insurance if I am 21 years of age or YOUNGER. Of course, I could purchase the insurance offered by his office, but why should I when my insurance will cover the costs of general dental care. I was so disappointed!!

On my first visit to Dr Hill's office, I thoroughly enjoyed the office staff. They are personal yet professional. When I left we were all laughing together. Next, my forever hygienist, Cathy, was excellent. I felt like I had a sister with skills. (I don't have any sisters skills or not).She was patient and kind. She did not hurt my gums when she flossed! You know how it is when some else flosses your teeth. No pain with Cathy. Well, Dr. Tim Hill is the best ever. He doesn't hurt either and takes time with you assuring that you are comfortable. I recently moved to San Tan Valley and needed a good dentist. A friend recommended Dr Hill and I made an appointment to have my first cleaning in a years. I am so glad I found him because (1) he is an incredible dentist who treats his patients so well (2) I love his office staff (no mumbling or gossiping) and (3) he is honest. I had been told for years that I needed to have gum surgery done. He took one look and said I was fine. That saves me the money, time and hassle of doing that if I don't even need to have it done. So glad we found this dentist! My husband was in horrible pain. Our "new" other dentist was awful. They refused to see him unless we had the full amount of the bill in their hand when seen.
Dr. Hill's office was only concerned with my husbands tooth and said dont worry about it we will take care of you.
Dr. Hill fixed my husbands tooth and allowed us to be on a payment plan. We almost have it paid off. I am so thankful that these guys care about the person instead of their pocketbook. We will never go anywhere else. We feel assured that no matter what dental problem arises we can

I recently needed to have dental work done. Just moved to the area and it was hard to find a good dentist..........Well here in San Tan Valley we have one. From walking in the door the office personnel make you feel very comfortable. Dr Tim went to work on my mouth and a couple hours later I was feeling much better and did not feel any pain during the ordeal.
