This was our first time coming here. Everyone from the front desk to the back office staff were incredible. Dr. Hoops explained in detail what our family needed to do to better our dental routines and explained it well enough for my 12 and 13 year old to understand. Everyone in the office took their time with us and even got us in same day for un unexpected tooth removal. Cindy was absolutely amazing and made my 12 year old feel comfortable during her procedure. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Mark is an amazing dentist! He will always make time for his patients! If you have an issue they make time to see you that day. Dr. Mark and his staff always make you feel welcome and part of the family. I always enjoy talking to Gloria, she’s so friendly and great at her job! Thank you for being my dentist!!

I had a tooth infection due to a piece of my molar breaking off. I had not been to the dentist in several years due to several bad past experiences and overall dental anxiety. I was very nervous knowing I needed a root canal. I had so many emotions and anticipation I started crying in the chair. Dr. Mark and his assistant were so amazing and understanding. She put music on for me. He made me laugh and feel so comfortable. They eased all my fears and were so gentle with me. I didn’t even feel all the Novocain shots he gave me. (Needed a few due to the infection) I would recommend this office to

This office is under new management thanks be to God. The new doctor, Dr. Mark cares about the patient and what is best for the the patient. He is experienced, professional, personable, and kind . Any negative comments on Yelp were because of the previous dentist who owned it. Cheryl the hygienist also does a great job, pays attention to detail, and only suggests what is right for you as well. She is also very funny and makes the time there pleasant. Gloria, the receptionist, is also friendly, pleasant, and knows her insurance codes and info.
