I was very pleased with the service I received from Douglas Garage Door. They gave me a two hour window to arrive at my home and were even actually able to exceed it. The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone who is contemplating service to their garage door.

When I called to get help they were Very pleasant and said someone would call later to set up a 2hr window for next day. Which they did and Very pleasant. The 2 men came in window slot- explained- got right to work-cleaned up and so Nice! Garage door all fixed and No problems! Mind you they came the day before Christmas with no attitude— just Smiles and pleasant talk. Thankyou guys!

The doors look great and were installed very professionally. My only complaint was that the original site review didn't pick up on the fact that existing trim, which had been wrapped in aluminum, had to be removed first. The wood under this trim would have been exposed, and so the installer tried a workaround which really didn't come out too well, but it wasn't his fault.
One of the panels was slightly damaged in shipping, so the installer reported it and placed it at the top so it could easily be replaced when the new panel arrives.
