Very disappointed in what I believed was a very good company, office personal were very rude. Took 3 days to finally return my call, then after waiting a week for them to get here they didn’t have the right material on the truck and were “short staffed” per service techs opinion. Overall very disappointed.

Terrible service. After having them install a new garage door opener they refused to come back to diagnose a loud noise at the end of the open cycle without a service charge. I live not a quarter mile from their business but they couldn’t come back without charging me. Their office staff is rude and they do not return calls. On a street of only 20 homes I am the 3rd homeowner to have issues. Clearly not an isolated issue.
