It was nice at first but their cars are not well taken care of. Making it worse they are horrible to finance with because they won’t send the title of the loan is done. I paid my loan off early. After almost 2 years I still have not received anything. The bank say it is the dealership that they are waiting on. I don’t even have that vehicle and I’m getting tickets for it because they don’t know how to send files out or anything.

This is one of the worse experiences I had.. purchase a car 2 weeks ago… sale guy was “straight forward “ at first but then everything change. Now my car is at there shop for the second time, first time I took the car I had to take it back to get it fixed, the second time cuz it lost power on the freeway with my family in it, I would recommend to take your own mechanic to check the car. I been calling to see a update on “my car” but all I get is “ we will call you back in a bit” yes is been 3 days now and not a word yet. Even they trying to be honest and nice to you when you talk

Bait and switch pricing!!! The website says that lo-jack and some other feature are dealer added but they’re not options so are included in the sales price but not the listed price and they don’t negotiate. So before you go here thinking you have found a deal add $2000 to whatever they have listed as a sales price because that extra is before tax and title so their prices are like everyone else’s without an option to negotiate.

After browsing online for two separate types of vehicles which AR both happened to have in stock on their lot, I decided to stop by. The Salesman I spoke to was great and very upfront on the structure and difference of the price listed on their website, I heard him out and ended up finding a vehicle I really liked!! but what lost me was the "bait and switch" tactic on pricing with a substantial markup for things I feel should be offered after the fact as options, ex. Paint protectant, LoJack. Additionally I had indicated to the salesman that all 3 of my banks have given an auto loan approval

Woah go somewhere else. These guys are dishonest and have shady practices. Also be careful what you are signing because they require paperwork that's not necessary. Go to Auto Republic in Orange if you must deal with their chain. These guys go back on their word, try to scam you, contradict themselves, and straight up lie. There are plenty of dealerships out there. Avoid this one.

Just bought this car, the sales representative Alberto, was very helpful, he answered all of our questions and allowed us to take vehicle for a test drive. Once we asked for a quote, it was fast and simple. After deciding yes, the sales manager, JR was very helpful with the paperwork. He was fast, patient, and very good at communicating. My first vehicle purchase was overall a great experience at Auto Republic.

Avoid this place at all costs. Still dealing with a faulty repair that will likely have to go to small claims because the Bureau of Automotive Repair couldn't force them to do the right thing. I should have listened to my gut and turned the car back in on day one, but I didn't. Now I have an improperly installed windshield, and nothing but headaches and mounting bills over their ineptitude. I would select 0 stars if I could. Go literally anywhere else for your used car needs if you're able to.

This place is a joke, they have a car advertised on THEIR website for $22,991, I go look at the car and offer them MORE than THEIR advertised price and they counter with $26,000!! Auto Republic operates on the definition of "bait and switch" not sure how legally they can get away with this.. I am amazed they are still in business operating in such a deplorable manner....

I do not recommend Auto Republic based on Customer NO Service, lack of warranty on any repairs, and buying a car with issues. I purchased a car from Auto Republic and noticed it had a broken glass. When the sales person negotiated the contract with me he included a work order for the damage, and promised it to be fixed after sale and it be under warranty. I tried for over a week to get it replaced but I was getting the run around, and being pushed around by management told that they were unaware of the issue. Finally after 5 calls I was able to get the car in for the repairs. They fixed it but

I purchased this vehicle on February 1st, 2021. I took the car home, on the 4th of the same month. 3 to 4 days later I noticed that the windshield wiper was messed up. I gave them a call and the salesman said that it was "wear & tear" therefore; they were not responsible for the damage.
It makes no sense. That couldn't get damaged that quick. Especially when it's not even raining !
I had just gotten the vehicle out of the lot few days ago. The salesman said his boss was going to "call" me but never did.

We're sitting here in the sales office now waiting to sign the paperwork on our new ford fusion! This was our first major vehicle purchase so we had a lot of questions.
