FRAUD ALERT!!!!! I used to love their products, but had to cancel my online subscription and overall use of their products. My account with it Cosmetics was canceled three years ago. I have several forms of written and verbal confirmation of this. However, for the past three years they have still charged me for my subscription. IT cosmetics has the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. I placed my online order from IT cosmetics a month ago and after several phone calls, chats, emails I still don't have my products. Yet, they've certainly charged my account. I've spent over 10 hours trying to get my items but to no resolve. Don't order from their website if you want to get your order.

I have had to return the tightline mascara and their eyeliners 2 x due to being almost totally dry when they arrived. Boy I was so happy to get a 2 for 1 w/ qvc on these items. Sadly I was sent unusable dried up stock. No one at the factory wanted to discuss it really, or take my info. to have a supervisor contact me about all my returns and costs to do so. So sad, all the major cosmetic companies I have called do much more to help you than IT. SCAM and they give you so little in the containers to begin with just take a look folks.

I bought this today from Ulta. I noticed how great the foundation looked on the gal that does my brows. She is very fair and the foundation looked flawless. She picked my color and applied it. It is a beautiful full coverage foundation and very dewy and has a spf of 50 , I have used Chanel and other high end foundations all of my life. This was no less than perfection ! Added plus it was much less expensive than the cost of the high end products like Laura Mercier and others. I suggest you have someone at ulta apply it and see if the color is good. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! You get your product but poor customer service. If you try to return a product, they will hold it for a month so it's past the 60 days so keep your tracking number. Take photos of everything you send including the box and return slip. Write down the date you received your products because they use the date shipped as the date you receive it like it magically appears in your mail box within the same day. I ordered their merchandise online instead of buying it at ULTA like I should have. They advertise the kit I purchased was only $49.95 - hey guess what - it wasn't. I recently purchased a kit from It Cosmetics. It came with the By Bye Foundation, concealer, Lipstick, Liner, Mascara, eyebrow pencil, and free gift of a fantastic brush and face disk. Love it!! Love the way it looked and felt. My only complaint-I felt like the Bye Bye Foundation package was very small. I understand this was a package to try the products but it seems like it is half empty! Otherwise I am a fan and will be buying again!

Good concept but poor execution: This product line is Orange based for all foundation products, according to the company's representatives. They also stated most returns were for this reason. It would be great if they did not use orange as the base color for their face products or had more options for foundations and concealers.
