Credit Union One of Oklahoma was originally chartered in 1949 to serve the employees of many state agencies, including the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs, Oklahoma Health Care Authority, and the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services.Credit Union One was formed by and for the employees of these agencies, to provide a source for affordable financial services for themselves and their families.
Services
Credit Union One offers Share Certificates with competitive rates ranging from 182 Days to Four Years. A minimum deposit is required for each certificate, and may vary based on term. Share Certificates are automatically renewed, unless otherwise specified. Dividends are earned monthly and may be withdrawn at any time.
One of Credit Union One's most popular IRA services is our IRA Accumulation Account. Money on deposit can be withdrawn at any time, and there is no maturity date. Accumulation Accounts pay quarterly dividends and carry tiered rates, depending on the balance. A minimum deposit of $25 is required to open the account.
When charges and purchases appear on your statement that you do not recognize, they may be fraudulent, or they may not be. This reference guide will help you decide whether to file a dispute or a fraudulent claim. Credit Union One's policies and procedures for processing fraudulent and disputed transactions are governed by the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, or Federal Regulation E.
Credit Union One participates in ATM Zone, a network of Oklahoma credit unions dedicating to providing their members access to hundreds of surcharge free ATMs. As a member of an ATM Zone member credit union, you have the ability to withdraw funds without worrying about paying the surcharge fee. In addition to the website locator, there is a mobile app that can be downloaded to help you find ATMs while on the go.
CUOne offers up to 95% financing and up to 120 months on new and used recreational vehicles. A recreational vehicle is a major purchase that can cost, in some cases, as much as a house. As with any major purchase, it's smart to do your homework before you buy to be sure you are getting the best value for your money.

My father and mothers account was here. Dad was primary, mom secondary. When dad passed away, they froze the account. Mom called them and the Branch manager was very rude. Mom was beside herself. She told mom dad was primary and when she received the death certificate the person over deceased accounts will do what she says because she is the boss. Mom was in tears while talking with this woman who could care less because, how did she put it.....oh yes, because shes the boss. Moms deposits were direct deposits and takes a good 30 days to change, so she was left with bill's and no groceries. Your

Drive 45 miles to get some money since my card wasn’t working just to find out they’re closed on Saturday’s now!! This is inconvenient because during the week when a person has to work they may have to takeoff just to go to the bank now, not happy at all I’m thinking very seriously about changing establishments!

They charge ME $10 to pay THEM directly every money. So $120 goes to them instead of my loan. Switching banks as soon as I find a different option where the bank doesn't have fees for everything. Not like typical credit unions

I applied online for a savings/checking account on January 19, 2021 I go in person through drive-through to pay the $25 deposit fee was not asked for a signature I received the receipt for the $25 deposit and drove off. Later on that day I received an email from credit union one employee that They have documents for me to sign so I signed the documents electronically and I assume My documents were submitted well guess not. I received another email regarding those same signed documents saying that it was supposed to be an actual signature????????? Why did they not have me sign the documents when

The upper management is horrible to say the least. They are extremely rude and have horrible customer service. I reached out to speak with a manager (Chris who is VP of operations) who continued to talk over me, spoke to me as if I was a child, as well as avoided any question I asked. I tried to speak to the President ( Tyrel McCain ) I left messages for him to return my call and it’s been over 2 weeks and my call has not been returned. If there is any other option for your banking services please go elsewhere.

Great rates! Friendly and helpful staff that are always quick to assist. The loan officer, Crystal is amazing! We love doing business personally with someone throughout the years.

Keeping in contact with these people about any hardships you have during repayment of a loan does nothing. I haven't had a job for about 3 months and they still sued me when I've tried to tell them I can't make a payment until the first week of January. As if Christmas wasn't hard enough. Not everyone is doing well this time of year, and this place did not make things any better. I had a great experience before this and now I'm just mortified by the lack of customer service.

Worst experience with a financial institution. It takes 10 calls to get someone on the phone, wait 15 minutes on hold just to give up. After an hour of trying to reach someone at this garbage credit union I’ve decided not to bank with them. If it’s impossible to talk to people why would I want you to hold my money. The recording on the line says word of mouth is the best advertising so take my advice and skip this credit union and find a more reliable and customer service oriented banking establishment. I hope they go out of business.

I got a car through them and was up to date on my car payments my insurance company sent them several declaration pages and a female manager got on the phone was very rude and aggressive and I explained I had insurance all while I had the car and she told me to turn the car in. I loved my car and the bank. I tried to talk to a higher up person and the lady would hang up on me when I called trying to speak to someone else. I loved the place and sent several ppl to them, but I can't do business with that lady being so rude. I wish I had my car back...
