Years ago I could not have guessed being a home inspector would become my passion or my career, but I find satisfaction in helping people successfully navigate the rather daunting process of buying a home. There are so many unknowns and it's hard to trust just anyone. I have been in the construction trades for most of my life, so I know what problems to look for. My goal is that you'll be 100% certain as to whether or not you've found the right home and that you're comfortable moving beyond your inspection period. Before you buy, have an independent 3rd party inspector perform your home inspection. A home inspection is a full property condition assessment. It can save you hundreds to thousands of dollars in expensive unforeseen problems after you move in. You still need to have it inspected. We find problems now that could save you hundreds or thousands of dollars should the problem go unnoticed for a longer period of time.

Andrew's report was very thorough and he went above and beyond at answering our questions and giving his professional opinion. My contractor brother agreed that it was one of the best written reports he's seen. I appreciated the format of the report, and how responsive Andrew was to questions. Homebuying is so stressful and having someone who seems genuinely caring is worth a lot.

Andrew came to the house we were looking to purchase on short notice and gave us a very thorough inspection which ultimately saved us thousands. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. We walked through the house together and he answered all my questions. I'm in the construction business myself and he picked up on few things I did not notice so I would highly recommend him.

EDIT: I now have a second house under contract. I again hired Andrew based on his work on the previous house, and I was not disappointed. A thorough job and a comprehensive written report. I'm confident there won't be any surprises. I would not buy a house without having Andrew do the inspection.

Andrew did two inspections for us during our home buying process and both were so thorough! He was willing to walk through the home with us after to talk through every issue and even let us know how we could possibly repairs things - what we could easily do ourselves and what we would need a professional to do!
