Tennessee Valley Home Inspection is a family owned and operated company serving North Georgia and it's surrounding areas. The father and son team of Roger and Nolan Scott created TVHI because real estate, construction engineering, and architecture are interests they hold near and dear to their hearts.
Our pricing starts at just $315 and is tailored to you based on the square footage, age, and foundation design of your new home. We also don't charge you for travel costs. If the property is within our coverage area you pay the same price, whether it's next door or in the next county. Our packages are for single family homes, multifamily homes, condos, and townhouses under 5001 SQ FT and 201 years of age.
Scheduling an inspection is easy. You will need some general information about the home being inspected. This includes the year built, it's square footage, foundation design, and the address.
