I've completed thousands of home inspections, starting my own business in Chattanooga, TN inspecting homes in Tennessee and Georgia. Before that, I worked for a company inspecting homes in Florida. Lookout Inspections is locally owned, not a franchise.
Yes, I use an infrared camera and moisture meter during every inspection at no additional charge. Most other inspectors charge a fee for the infrared camera service. I inspect everything at the property. Home inspections and commercial inspections are visual, non-invasive inspections.

When it came to buying a house for the first time I needed someone I could trust. I worked with Edwin Bear and he was really professional when he came to our home. I just have to say, after having Edwin come inspect my new home it has put me at ease to know that I will have no issues in the future. Didn’t know what to expect going in this Home Inspection with it being my first purchase of a house. I worked with Edwin Bear and the experience was excellent. Edwin is an excellent home inspector. I've used him several times and he is always very thorough when communicating throughout the inspection process and is fair and honest in his reports, as he does not alarm clients when it is not necessary.
