Very rude customer service over the phone. My husband called this company to let them know that there was a truck advertising this place of business driving around cutting people off and break checking multiple times. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. Like we understand it's not your truck but we were letting her know that this vehicle had mudflaps with their company name and number driving recklessly and I'm gonna be the first to tell you this was the only number on that truck hence why it was called. I had to take our company truck here to be serviced ms. Ann was nice and stayed in contact with me about the process and progress on our truck. Mike the service manager listened to the concerns I had on our lift gate and some other concerns. I would recommend them anytime.

The service writer Roy Dudley came off very nicely when writing the service order, but after a couple of return vests he became a real bully with no desire or knowledge to fix the problem
After coming to my senses, I took the
