Best place to buy a trailer. The guys were a lot of help, had a great selection to view, and I received my trailer in a timely manner. I was in search of a cargo trailer, I searched many places and everyone kept telling me 6-9weeks to have one built. Until I came across Coastal Dealer Service. I gave them a call and they told me they had what I was needing and it was in stock on the lot.

Great help from the two guys helping me pick out a suitable receiver drop hitch for truck to tow my boat and other trailers. Store had many options to choose from, but with the help from them I believe I made the right choice. Took a chance on a smal dealer and wasn't disappointed. I called inquiring about a 7x20 trailer. They had none in stock. Paul took my number and said he’d call me back in 2-3 weeks. Two days later I received a call from Paul telling me they had one come in. I just really appreciate him being on top of things and doing what he said he was going to do. Loving the BYE-RITE trailer. Great trailer. Had to wait for them to replace panel on back door after they backed into it. Was told after I called them to let them know that I had found a slice in side wall of tire that I had to call the manufacturer for warranty of tire. Dont understand why they would have let the trailer off lot with tire In that condition. Other then that great trailer.

I can't express how happy I am with the service. From helping me figure out what was best for my needs to explaining financing options. They day I picked up my trailer they helped me figure out the best set up for hauling and had install done that day. They are friendly and helpful. Great place to get a trailer from! Paul was very polite with good customer service. Tommie was very knowledgeable about hooking up the trailer and checking the lights to make sure everything was working proper. We traveled from Alabama to come here and it wasn’t a bad idea at all! Not to mention we have a five year warranty!! To God be the Glory 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Also the trailer tire was flat and Paul replaced it with a brand new tire instead of just putting air in it!!

I came here to buy a two car enclosed trailer to move across the country because of the high reviews, but was sadly mistaken. They have a Great Selection of high quality trailers, but upon walking in the staff looked at me, a black man (hopefully an irrelevant fact) like I wasn’t allowed in there. No one offered to help me, there were no prices on anything, so I left. Great looking product, customer service could use work.

I bought a cargo trailer from these folks about 8 months ago. Not sure what caused it but the vent cover was missing with the rain coming in.
I called to see if I could buy the parts and they said bring it in and they would repair it.
When we got there they were waiting for us. They changed out the whole assembly in about 10 minutes at zero charge. In my mind that is worth five stars.
