We Love working with Rob. Have used him on 4 mortgages now, both personal and investment properties. Even referred several friends that were very pleased as well. Main reason we keep going back to Rob is because I feel like I can trust him to have my best interest at hand. I'm no mortgage expert but I know after several transactions that he will look out for me. Hard to trust people in business but Robs a great guy. He's very knowledgable and always on the ball. Rob was great! He made my First home purchase so seamless for every part that I had questions or concerns over. He made himself available and always made me feel like he truly valued me as a customer, treating me with nothing but Class. Despite my lack of experience in the process, he never gouged me with fees, even my CPA at years end was impressed with his fair fees. Rob made the lending process seamless for my buyers. He is very knowledgeable about all the different loans available to best suit buyers needs. As a real estate agent there is nothing more valuable than knowing your lender is available and will communicate with you through out the loans process. My partner and I have been living in the rental from hell for the past year and a half and although we were planning to buy a new home this fall our situation demanded that we move a little sooner-- this left us both rushing into a stressful seller's market 6mos ahead of schedule. We had a lender all lined up and a gorgeous home we were hoping to… buy, but the seller needed a 30 day close date. When the original lender said "no way" our realtor put us in touch with Rob. I have worked with Rob on several home buyer transactions. It's very rare to find a loan officer who is so diligent, dedicated, and passionate about their work. Rob provides vital information to keep me abreast of all loan programs that buyers could participate in, and changes to loan programs.
