We rented a property that this company manages on VRBO. The property was supposed to be non-smoking yet when we arrived the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong it made my roommate's asthma flare up. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher and a greasy oven tray on top of the stove. Our contact at Myrtle Palms was Toni. We reached out to her explaining our complaints and she was incredibly rude/short in her response. Only after she spoke with the owner and realized the owner's son had been there the weekend prior (unbeknownst to the management company) was an apology from her received. She sent
