Gossip, Gossip, Police and fire trucks blowing their horns at night, Police presence, no smoking any where around the building. Smoke free, you can smoke in your apartment, although it is going to happen that in the future this will change to no smoking in your apartment. The management is nice, I would say it is run pretty well. Good maintenance.There are 150 units in the towers, so it can be close quarters, you have to keep diligent, make sure your door is locked at all times, They have good doors that are very secure. You have to be careful who you let in. I would not let anyone in you don't
