I honestly was very disappointed in this complex because they sold well on the poster / grand opening . However when I moved in things that was promised to me & that was apart of the contract took more then 2 to 3 months to happen . It’s very unsanitary! The people here not only do they not clean up after their selfs but there is no fire alarm drills & we have them at least 3 times a day & TWICE a week ! There is nobody like security or anyone to contact after 6 pm about any issues and many of other people I have talked to about the issues we have here have notice the about of bias towards the

I took a tour at Auden and met this one CA, I believe her name was Sanj. One of the most helpful and nice staff that I have come across. She really helped me navigate the whole process regarding including all the leasing information & gave me a nice tour of the place making me feel like I found my new home. The place is beautiful And I can’t wait to start living here.

Auden Buffalo is one of the best places to live and I had such an amazing experiences all from the help of CA Sanj! She really was so engaged when giving the tour and explained all my questions clearly! I recommend booking a tour with her because she was hands down the best! I really felt like it was welcomed there!

Auden was really amazing. The staff was really helpful and informative especially during the tour. The associate that goes by the name Sanjana was really helpful during the tour, she knew exactly what she was doing, she listed out every reason as to why I needed to sign with Auden. I was really impressed. 5 stars is totally worth it.

I recommend Auden Buffalo to anyone looking to get the best quality for the best price. With the rates they provide you are getting very upscale options of living at an affordable price that you really can't get anywhere else. Sanjana goes above and beyond in providing the best customer service one has to offer. She takes initiative to really meet the consumer needs and is very knowledgeable in answering almost any question one has to offer in regards to leasing/renting residential spaces. I appreciate the work ethic and professionalism this establishment has to offer. This place is awesome!

Auden was my first dorm in Buffalo. It had all the amenities, no cockroaches, and everything was new. You don't have to use other people's bathrooms, kitchens.
Great place to live. I love the swimming pool and ice skating rink. The manager is very
professional and responsive. Dog friendly, yet very clean and quiet. All around a great experience.
I've had a great experience with the leasing team! The team is extremely nice and reasonable to work with when it comes to signing and negotiating apartment leases.
