Aaron Schwarder started out at being a sub contractor and worked his way up to be a residential and commercial general contractor.

My wife and I contracted with Schwarder Construction to remodel a bathroom. The price was better than the one day advertised shower replacements. In our bathroom, a sunken tub was removed and replaced with large walk in shower with tiled floor and walls. The shower has a glass wall and door with the interior floor level with the exterior floor. The old shower stall was converted into a closet with shelves. A new vanity, mirror and lighting plus a new toilet were installed. When AAron Schwarder came to check the job that was done, he made a list of things he wasn't satisfied with and sent his best
