Using On Point was a great experience! I had a refrigerator stop cooling on a Sunday night. They were able to get me in right away on Monday AND were super accommodating when I was unable to be home for the appointment. Juan called as soon as he arrived and diagnosed the issue. He was polite, informative, and up front about options and costs. He was able to repair the fridge and it was cold by the time I got home!

Juan was fast and friendly. Scheduling was an ease. Freezer went out in LG refrigerator and being a family of 5 I could not wait for LG to cover under warranty. Juan fixed the issue in less than an hour and have had no problems since.Only gave 4 stars due to the price of the part and labor was a little bit on the expensive side. However, will definitely call them again in the future for any appliance repair needs.

On Point is just that On Point! I put a quote request in and within 15 minutes someone messaged me and then 30 minutes later someone calls to schedule an appointment. They happen to be near our neighborhood so it worked out well and they came out same day. The technician was super friendly, knowledgeable and quick. The service fee was $50 but would go towards the services rendered. This was faction of the cost of buying a news dryer so we were completely happy with end result. A dryer that works again!

Matt is very knowledgeable and is a fast worker! He came out to fix my oven, which turned out to be much more of a puzzle than we thought. He problem solved our whole fix and kept me informed along the way. Pricing is fair. Had a good sense of humor and was easy to have in our home. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

A million thanks to Josh & his helper for their exceptional and fast service to replace our old air conditioner with a new one!
My husband and I are so grateful for how quickly, in less than half a day, they removed the old unit from the attic space above our master bedroom closet and installed the new one under very hot and uncomfortable conditions of over a 100 degrees!
On Point Air Conditioning & Appliance company will definitely be our first choice to call when our old second air conditioning unit stops working!!!!

We had an issue with our AC compressor: the fan would not come on. I thought it was the fan motor start capacitor - an easy repair. After trying several capacitors I knew were good, I finally gave up and called On Point. Should have done that first! The dispatcher said they could have somebody there in 45 minutes. About 30 minutes later Juan showed up. Early! He took a look at it and starting checking the capacitors. Sure enough one was bad, but it wasn't the one I thought it was. He had a replacement cap on the truck, swapped it out, and it worked great.

AC was not working last night, called Saturday morning, Matt came about noon and checked our unit. Replaced the condenser and recharged the freon..year warranty on all work and parts except, of course the gas. He's even picking up a new knob for our dryer!! Such a nice guy, can't recommend them highly enough!
