The centerpiece of our service is our namesake: our hand-built, Italian wood-burning ovens. We think it's more than just an oven - it's a mobile event! Our pizzas are custom cooked to order in our 900-degree oven. Your guests get delicious, hand-made pizzas in 90 seconds. We have many menu options, from Neapolitan pizza with crushed San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, to the classic three-cheese pizza with a thicker New York crust.
Tim and his team made planning the food for our wedding the easiest part of the day. They were super accommodating, making sure they could meet the needs of gluten free, and vegetarian guests.
