Woodland Catering is his vision and he intends to bring a regional farm-to-table focus to the catering industry. He brings his own innovative style to these local and traditional flavors creating new and exciting cuisine.

Woodland catered our wedding on 10/16/21 at the Barn at Bradstreet Farm. Ryan’s consultations along the whole process was fantastic. His menu recommendations were on right on point for the season, type of event and guests attending the event.
Ryan and all staff!!!Your food and service was INCREDIBLE. I’ve never heard so many people compliment the chef and staff at a wedding before. People RAVED about your brisket and stuffed chicken. I cannot sing Ryan and team's praises enough. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Woodland Catering for our wedding -- Ryan and his team were incredibly flexible and creative in navigating event planning during uncertain covid times. He went above and beyond to execute a great event and was laser focused on making sure we got the experience that we wanted. We can't wait to work with him again!

Ryan @ Woodland Catering provided my wife and I the best food and service we could have asked for. During the COVID pandemic, he was response and attentive to our needs. He provided us a sample dinner/tasting of our wedding menu and it was superb. He’s adaptable - not confined to any type of cuisine. He was even able to cook Armenian food, flawlessly. Our guests raved about the food, some even stating “this was the best dinner I ever had”. 10/10 recommend Ryan and his team.

What can I say? My daughter and fiance planned their wedding during a pandemic virtually. Ryan is the caterer attached to her venue, Barn at Bradstreet Farm, and thank God he was! He was responsive, helped plan a menu that fit their tastings and was thoroughly available. When we were finally able to have a tasting, Ryan entertained us in his space. Everything we tasted was to die for. Excellent presentation, excellent explanation of all dishes, and the freshness was second to none. I even ate food that I do not normally like, as did the groom's father. Fast forward to right before the wedding.
