Our goal was to establish a business that would be operated with honesty and integrity and with the hope of passing it down to future generations.

I live off a well travelled street, however my neighborhood is very quiet. An individual with a car that needed a flatbed tow was stuck on the busy street. Akiki's truck was diagonally across the street I live on and was blocking the entire street. The car of the individual that was picking up the person who was stuck was blocking my ability to get around the whole situation. This was not an accident no one was injured. When I approached my street and said, excuse me could you straighten out the truck so I can get down the street, the driver became belligerent and although I was very calm kept

I called to get a tow everything was good, till the person showed up and I get a list of reason why he can’t tow my car, which should of BEEN STATED ON THE PHONE ORIGINALLY. Also, lady answering the phone is beyond rude and lazy she didn’t want to have to cancel an appointment if I found it for a cheaper price so she just didn’t schedule it all together.

I'm so impressed with Akiki. I had an accident and thought of them because they responded to a AAA call to replace my battery several years ago and were great. The tow truck arrived within 15 minutes. They worked well with my insurance company and with me. They were super polite and sent me updates every so often. It took a reasonable amount of time, the work was beautiful, it was meticulously detailed. I was able to leave my rental car there when I picked up my car for Hertz to pick up. Great overall experience.
