Horrible experience with the Office Admin/Clerk (Stefan, like Urkels alter-ego).
No proactive communication whatsoever and verified dishonesty.
Advised to replaced rear axel as it "was going to explode." After buying a new $5k axel and having it installed we came to find out that the original axel had absolutely nothing wrong with it. I also had some parts shipped to this location and then transfer to the shop that actually did the work and we learned that some parts were missing, presumably Trail Quest or someone that had access walked off with a box of gears.

Meant to hit 5 star sorry. Great service. Greeted friendly and promptly as soon as I walked in. I was looking for not so common truck parts, after finding out they're primarily jeep they still got me an answer quicker than I could've imagined. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. I definitely will be back.
