Eric is the owner of ER Auto Care and focuses on overseeing operations and marketing. He worked as a technician from 2008-2016 when he switched to a full-time ownership position. His hobbies include reading, traveling and Jeeping. He represents the E in ER Auto Care. Ray is one of our ASE certified technicians.

Wanted to give this place a try after I moved from Hilliard to Plain City as it was much closer than my preferred shop, Aarrow Radiator. Made an appointment to get a quote for some noise coming from the front suspension of my ‘17 GMC Acadia. After waiting for an hour, I was told that they couldn’t figure it out and needed to do advanced diagnostics for $150. Stupid me, I let them do it. 2 hours later, came back with a quote for $1,400 to replace the lower control arms and bushings. Considering the materials were about $300, I called Aarrow for a quote. Same exact work, alignment included,

I'm not sure about this place, how ever I called to see if I can get my tiller tire beaded on. I already had the new tube in it. The guy on the phone told me $30.99 for mounting and balancing..... I said what is there to mount and balance on a garden tiller tire he said it was a flat rate after that... So you can decide for yourself, for I won't be doing business there at all

Had a major problems with my car ended up costing way too much to leave it at that. Unfortunately a few other things around what they’ve worked on have broke I’m back to back weeks and instead of charging me they’ve actually treated me like family and haven’t charged me for taking it back twice in these two weeks. Truly a great business !!

Truly wanted to like this place, but literally nothing but headaches, wasted time, and frustration. When you take it to get fixed somewhere you expect it to be done right the first time. Initially had brakes and rotors replaced. They got warped and had to take back under warranty. Told me suspension work needed to be done. 2-3 years later it begins to creak. They changed out transmission fluid, then I began having issues and took it to dealership because issues happened right around the corner from them. They told me the incorrect fluid was put in because it was too thin and it damaged some expensive

We have a 10 year old BMW which needed multiple items listed at its general 45k mile check up. Communication along the way was quite good and car runs good always but now it it even better. It took a little longer but of no fault of theirs.

My daughter had an issue with the steering on her car. She brought the car to ER Autocare. There were issues from an accident which was not repaired fully. Greg and Evan took extra time to look through our concerns and make sure my daughter was safe when driving the car. I highly recommend ER Autocare.

These guys are the best! The coolant tank on my SAAB was leaking and there was an issue with my suspension as well, I took the car to them and they had it back to me in under a week. They gave me a fair price for the fix and worked efficiently keeping me updated throughout the process. I haven't had an issue with the car ever since, and because of those reasons they will continue to have my business!

Let me begin by stating, I am not one to write negative reviews. But this I could not ignore. Let me tell you my story. I have a 2005 Honda Odyssey with 212,000 miles. It had an AC compressor needing to be replaced along with issues pertaining to the power steering. Hearing their ad on the radio I chose to investigate further before taking it in to them. Reading on their website that they were all about keeping vehicles going for 300,000 miles, I assumed, which was my first mistake, that this meant honesty and integrity not to sell a customer on doing more work then was necessary. Very pleased with the service preformed and the quick turn around time.
I called because I needed a new battery, they advised it would be ordered and delivered to them within the hour. I showed up approx an hour later, and within 15 minutes the battery was installed and I was on my way.
Friendly and efficient - they even offered to assist with changing the batteries on my remote starter, which was much appreciated.

Took a hour to do a simple oil change, also located in the middle of nowhere... After they were done they told me I needed front and back struts replaced, I've never had a problem with the creek you drug after they were done they told me I needed front and back struts replaced, I've never had a problem with the struts. They gave me a $1400 estimate and sent me on my way. On my way home I noticed that my front right strut was creaking like it never has before. This place like most auto mechanics are a scam, the loosened my struts to try to make money on me.
