Teresa, wife of Mike Richey, is the present owner of Richey Tire and Service. She is a retired school-teacher from Centerburg Local Schools where she taught sixth grade for 30 years. Teresa has a long history in business as she is part owner of her family's oil business, Sensmeier Oil Company in Mansfield, Ohio.

Cellphone mount jarred loose while at Richey. I found no easy remedy to the issue, i.e. retried suction clamp a few times, and still super loose.
Went back to Richey. They checked the mount. Said it appeared to be some adhesive. (OK, and ...?)
He said they don't work on such things. I think he meant they just do car repair and wouldn't touch the dash.
Fair enough. But I explained there was no issue with the mount before the repair.
I know it's tough to be in the service industry. What to do?
I already felt the repair bill was steep based on a comparable repair elsewhere in the recent past

Such an awesome crew. Been doing a decent amount of upkeep myself but haven’t been able to figure out a problem that was clearly leading to new problems. Took it in and they had it fixed and figured out in a hour and went ahead and fixed something else as well for me that I’ve just been dealing with. Couldn’t be happier, wasn’t expensive either. Taking it back in on Wednesday to get back rotors done because they treated me so well. Im not a rich man by far lol and they took great care of me for a great price. Much appreciated.

They didn't take responsibility for doing a job improperly. My car leaks the same amount of oil as when I dropped it off and paid to get it fixed. No refund has been offered and in fact they recommend that we… just let the car continue to leak oil now. If that was their stance, why take my money in the first place and 'fix' the first leak which clearly didn't work. Why not just recommend that from the start. Highly disappointing service.

After 5 years having my vehicles serviced here, I have had enough and will be taking my business elsewhere. There have been a few instances where I have had an issue with their repairs (usually involving them "fixing" one problem, and suddenly another pops up immediately following). However, the final straw was when they charged my 19 year old son… $350 to repair a hose in the cooling system only to have it blow a head gasket 50 miles later (on the highway no less). Claiming that they did all of the appropriate diagnostic and pressure tests before and after the repair, I hardly call this
