I have had pleasant experiences with Dr. Nassar and the office in the past, however my last experience with them was more than unpleasant. I had a change in my insurance since the last time I was there. Since I knew my insurance would be changing, I made sure to have everything done - cleaning, fillings, you name it. At that point, they told me my… next appointment would be a routine cleaning. Due to the pleasant experience I had with them, I called with my new insurance information to see if it was within network before setting up the routine cleaning appt. I was confirmed by the front

Not sure about what the person who gave them two stars is talking about. Dr. Nassar is in the BB&T building, which is huge and in great shape! The staff is all very friendly, and accommodating.
After not having been to the dentist in years, the inevitable happened; I got an abscess. I had to have that removed by the oral surgeon downstairs, to whom I would also give five stars. Come to find out, he is who a friend's son and daughter had as an oral surgeon. My friend also spoke highly of Dr. Nassar, their family dentist.
The wait time was short but, frankly, if I do wait for a long

I have been a patient of Dr. Nassar for several years and can confidently say that she is one of the best dentists I've seen. She is very pleasant, honest about procedures and recommendations for future work, and her work seems to be of high quality (dental problems are fixed, nothing is falling out of my mouth). Her front desk staff are wonderful as well. Highly recommended.

I hadn't been to a dentist since I was in school, and after a ton of hassle from both Mom and Girlfriend I bit the bullet.
The bad - I had eight cavities. Eight. Unbelievable, but I guess that's what I get for skipping the dentist for almost a decade and not flossing regularly.
The good - literally everything else. The staff is phenomenal! Professional, low stress, and extremely friendly. Dr. Nassar is a joy to be around. Unlike other doctors she does the vast majority of the work herself. I truly felt under care, not like a piece of machinery on an assembly line. The work itself

I recently had quite a bit of dental work done at this office--multiple fillings and a crown. (I had a bad experience with a past dentist and had been putting it off for way too long, apparently.) The dentist is extremely gentle and does only the best work. Dr. Nassar explains the reasons for everything she does, and justifies the decisions she makes. She is up front that the insurance won't cover the quality fillings (as most insurance companies won't do) but still recommends strongly that you get the best for your teeth, which I did. Unlike some offices, Dr. Nassar performs much

With a change in insurance I had to change my dentist. I used to go to Pal Dentistry in Annandale which is way better.
I called in last minute and the receptionist is sooo lovely and accommodating, got me an appointment within a couple of days. The building is an older place and the office is ok (the hallway in the office leading back to the rooms is this really ugly yellow btw).
So I show up for my first appointment 10 min early and I wait for FORTY FIVE minutes! this was during work and I was so mad! After waiting forever the doctor comes in and she seemed to have a very patient calm demeanor
