It's possible to straighten your smile with a series of clear plastic trays that fit around your teeth. Usually, each tray is worn for two weeks or so, then on to the next. I began doing my treatment towards the end of 2018 and got my braces removed this September 2021. I really enjoyed being a patient of Dr.Lee's. He really cares about his patients and listens to all concerns. Dr.Lee made sure to fix my smile just how I wanted and I couldn't be much happier with the outcome! My daughter got her braces from here and the follow up appointments have been an absolute mess. From poor communications, to limited availability. This business doesn't care about you or your schedule, they want your money and deliver bare minimum support. My son and I will be getting our braces done elsewhere because they have burned me for the last time. I'd be more than happy to discuss these concerns with the owner, but I know he could care less as his people have shown us time and time again.

Don't bother showing up here if you want an unprofessional staff. I came here as a recommendation thought the place was nice very friendly staff helpful and informative as well. I thought wrong. I came in back in April to get a consult for braces but turned out that I needed dental work prior to having braces and recommended me to go to a family dentist. I paid for the braces that same day to get things started with payments and stuff no big deal. In late July my dentist still needed more time for my gums to get better for braces, so since it was taking longer than expected I decided to get

Staff at both locations are professional and helpful. I have been contemplating braces for quite a while, and as an adult patient I had quite a few questions! Such a lovely office! This was my first visit to Dr. Lee's office and I was very impressed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee explained all my treatment and was very conservative in his recommendations. I didn't feel as though I was being pressured to do any work that wasn't needed. The fees were explained very well and they were very patient with all my questions. The office was very clean and pretty. Definitely feel I made the right choice coming to this office!

Dr. Veal retired and sold his business to Dr. Lee. We have never received the same kind of professionalism since. My daughter was 12 minutes late to her appointment and was turned away. I called and explained that we were coming from Simi Valley to Oxnard. We left an hour ahead of time and got caught in gridlock traffic. Traffic was unpredictable in Ventura County because of the shootings and fires. My husband is sick with ALS so I sent my son to take my daughter to see Dr. Lee. Then she was

Dr. Lee is an exceptional orthodontist who cares about providing the best care possible! He takes the time to explain procedures and answer your questions, and every member of his team has been wonderful. I truly enjoyed visiting with them during my visits. I have always wanted to straighten my teeth, and now that I am in my mid-40s, I was running out of time to do it and still enjoy the results. Dr. Jared Lee is a remarkable orthodontist who one-hundred percent without a doubt knows what he's doing. He goes above and beyond for every patient. I can honestly attest to this because my teeth are incredible, and it was quite a journey! I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with my results. I went from a slight overbite and crowding to perfectly straight teeth. After my sister saw my results she decided to go in for a consultation, and now she has Invisalign.

Customer service is awful. That's my only complaint. We were told they'll remind us about our appointment beforehand but it never happened....I encountered this issue with them at least 3 times. I know it's our responsibility but if you care about your patients, at least give us a courtesy call that we missed our appointment. My appointment was more than a month ago and they didn't even bother to let me know....

Dr. Lee is a great Orthodonist, and a very nice guy. All of the staff at his office are very capable, professional, and friendly. I purchased Invisalign treatment here, and am thrilled with the results. Dr. Lee is always accessible to answer any dental questions I have, even if they are unrelated to my Invisalign treatment.

We visited Dr. Veal before he retired for our oldest, and liked his practical/patient approach, waiting till the adult teeth are further along. Dr. Veal seems to have a similar philosophy. Our youngest ended up needing the work first. We had to have a space retainer mold taken today to keep molars from shifting (as recommended by our dentist & Dr. Lee). There was a mix-up with the appointment, but they fit us in. Dr. Lee took the time to talk to us about what he sees in this child's future. He said that we will come in for checkups on the retainer.
