Purchase a travel trailer from RvSolutions. The sales team was great. My sales rep Derrick was amazing. All of the communication leading up to the purchase was done vis phone or email since i was a 2 hour drive from their facility. He made it easy to understand. Would purchase another rv from them with no hesitation.

Luke the sales manager lost my business when he responded with a dismissive attitude to my concerns and problems that I found with the Nova Class B RV (that I was purchasing) during my delivery inspection. His unprofessionalism and passive aggressive comments such as, “I’ll just give you your money back because I have a line of people waiting to buy this” or “well this is the unit you chose” lost a customer who already paid a deposit and arrived with a cashiers check in hand to take delivery on a unit that had been sitting on RV Solutions lot for months (along with another

RV Solutions was great! Our sales rep Blake took care of all our issues! We drove from Sacramento to San Diego to purchase our RV and we can honestly say we wouldn't have done that without the trust we had in Blake! Service Department was awesome too and continues to respond to our questions. Even got a call from the Assistant Service manager on his day off!

I picked up my Geo pro trailer yesterday. One of the things they were supposed to fix was the battery solar charging system. Well they did not fix the problem!!
So I have to make another 60 plus miles round trip to take my trailer to service again. I don’t know who to blame, the Manufacturer or the service techs that don’t double check a service the did after its been fixed !! So this is gonna be my 3rd time at the service Department on a brand new trailer I bought from them.
If they don’t fix it right this time. I guess its time to see a Lemon law Attorney and return it for a full refund
