I had an amazing experience buying a trailer today. I received the best service. The Owner and technician made sure I had a wireless break control installed and calibrated properly, a safe new hitch, all lights working properly and everything I needed so I would be safe hauling my horses. They made sure I tested the breaks before they let me drive off. Very very safe. Laurie from accounting took care of all of my paperwork and made sure my transaction went smooth. The whole team at SW trailer sales is top notch. Kamal is friendly and informative. Lori is very sweet and responsive. George was very helpful in showing me how everything works with my trailer. I was slightly nervous as this was my first time towing anything but they made the experience a breeze and enjoyable. I forgot the names of the other folks I interacted with while I was there but they were all great.
I ended up getting a 6x12 enclosed cargo trailer and couldn't be happier with it. Thanks guys!

I bought a 20' enclosed trailer from here. I live 2.5 hours away and after talking to the staff, I chose to use them for my purchase. The communication before hand was very good. I drove down and bought the trailer and the process went very smooth. I met with Kamal and he showed me the trailer. I decided it was what I wanted. Lori was awesome doing the paperwork. She went above and beyond to meet my needs. The guys helping me hook up the trailer were awesome as well. I don't know his name but the guy the with the mustache and hat in the yard was phenomenal. I want to start off by saying I never write reviews. But the service has been so excellent by Kamal, George, Lori and the crew I just couldn't resist. It's also a bonus that they had the best prices and I wanted to keep my business local. I had been searching for months for a 3 horse slant load WB height trailer within my budget. With Covid there was little to no inventory to be found and I even searched out of state. I had talked with numerous different dealers and not one offered to get a trailer on order if I couldn't locate one except for Southwest Trailers. Kamal has been wonderful to work

Let me start by saying, I wish I found this place sooner. I have an older 2 horse Logan. The center hinge on the ramp has been re-welded 3 times by 3 different shops. It wasn’t until they did the work that I could see the repair is going to finally last! I’m so glad to know this ongoing issue is finally resolved.

I recently bought an older used horse trailer and decided to take it to Southwest for a general inspection to make sure it was in safe condition before using it. I found out that they do annual maintenance appointments where they repack the bearings and also look over all parts of the trailer including floors, tires, electrical etc. Exactly what I needed!
