They say the best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time. In the same vein, the home buying process can seem just as daunting. But the key is to keep moving forward, one step at a time and know that you will not be alone. In an ideal world, borrowers would get fully preapproved first, armed with a purchase price and loan amount ceiling, going out confident and reay to make an offer knowing the financing has already been put in place.
So, you've bought your home some time ago, it has appreciated nicely and you're thinking about moving up. But, because of circumstances, whether it be work related, finances or inventory in your desired area, you need to buy first, then sell your current home. But, the down payment is locked-up in the equity of the current home.
The great part about living in California, especially Nor Cal is that there so many incredible ways to spend your time off. Skiing in Tahoe, Fishing in Truckee, a summer home on the beach in Monterey, or spending time in Sonoma. The list is endless. Good times spent with family and friends. Priceless memories.

Just worked with Foster (for the second time in less than a year) on the refinance on the house we bought last year. As great of an experience as the first time around. Foster is thorough (yet concise) in his explanation of everything, and patient, timely, and caring in his responses to any and all questions. I highly recommend working with him.

Foster was simply outstanding. I've been in the financial services industry myself for pushing two decades and I can readily say, Foster is a pro's pro and go to resource.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Foster since 2004, that came through volunteer work via the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. On the side, Foster exposed me to what he does as a mortgage expert - and even though I was no where close to getting a house at the time - Mr. Weeks was super clever and provided me with continued FREE financial advice that actually put me in a position to be fiscally solvent by 2009, which is when I began house-hunting.

When I made the move to actually get a house, the first person I thought of was Foster. Did we already have a professional relationship? Yes. Most

Foster is incredibly thoughtful and thorough in his work. He digs into the details and ensures there are no surprises throughout the loan process.

It's refreshing to work with a lender who truly knows his craft.

I've had the pleasure of working with Foster in a business capacity over the course of several years now. Foster is my go-to any time I have a Bay Area Real Estate / RE financing related question. I reached out to Foster first when I was contemplating buying a home in San Francisco and starting down the pre-qualification path. Foster is a reliable, dedicated, honest, voice of reason. He's also a San Francisco native. Not only does he know the city inside and out, he's seen how the city has evolved through different political and economic climates and the implications on your

I have personally and professionally known Foster since 2007. He works in a very competitive industry and has been doing it successfully for much longer than most other brokers. He does a great job staying in touch with people and always puts his clients interest first. Whether a first time buyer or a seasoned residential investor Foster gets results and is always there to answer questions honestly and quickly along the way. Anyone can get a low LTV jumbo refinance done but on the more challenging transactions is where I think Foster provides the most value. Foster grew up in San Francisco

Everyone knows purchasing a home comes with challenges, but when it's your first home and you're purchasing in the Bay Area it becomes much more challenging. You will need a experienced professional to guide and instruct the mortgage process.

I am writing this with confidences in Foster's ability. In fact, I am writing this from the office of my new home. It's hard to imagine how the buying process could have been without Foster's guidance. Exceptionally reliable and experienced.

Foster was always responded to my emails, not only quickly but informatively and was available

Responsive, professional, experienced, patient.

When it comes to spending $100k's on a house, one should be *extremely* particular about the professionals supporting you. Foster's involvement was critical for meeting the aggressive deadlines in my contract, which are inevitable in San Francisco. He was one of the few people I never had to ask twice to supply information or complete a task.

As a first time home buyer, I had an endless barrage of questions, which he answered from day one in a patient and lucid manner. The rates he offered were equal to or better than those I found with
