They was rude and took a long time with the boat just to take a look and tell me what was wrong with the engine and than cast a fortune for the repair which only was replace the shift cable and fuel filter then took a miscommunication tell me the fuel tank have a leak but they never told me dont used the tank and later when the problem arise and I call them they tell me the operation manager not want the boat back in the shop with is very ridiculous in first place because they are the mecanic that doned the jod and screw up very bad costumer services

Amazing best marine store ever . They have everything. I came to buy a seal kit for my Johnson outboard that literally no body else had and had no idea about this place. When i went in i was shocked. They have all kinds of clothes , fishing gear, boat needs, they have a gun counter, the prices on the salt life shirts where excellent some were 50%off . I find it more welcoming the west marine in my opinion

I just spent $29,686.09 with them repowering my boat and they wouldn't let me change my trailer tires and wheels on their yard. Not customer friendly in my opinion. All I had to do was remove the old wheels and tires and change them to new wheels and tires. Rigging was great. Customer service on a simple request sucks!

Just bought my second Carolina Skiff from Dusky. First one I bought in 2007. Both times my experience has been great. They gave me the best price. I like their shop. Its large, clean and the guys have been very helpful and professional. I drove from Tampa to Dania Beach and back but it was worth it to me. They were great helping me hook up and making sure everything was safe and ready to tow. Believe me I was so excited I could have easily missed something. They didn't really negotiate but they did have the best price I could find.
