Hull Cleanings are one of the least expensive preventative maintenance measures that you can take to ensure your boat or yacht is in top running performance. With warm waters year-round in South Florida, we recommend that you have your hull cleaned at least every 3 weeks. While we are under your boat we also perform a visual inspection of all other nautibottom areas that may need attention.
Proper care and maintenance of your boat MUST include Zinc Replacement. Why? The quick and easy answer is that sacrificial anodes (zincs) protect the submerged metal from galvanic corrosion. To prevent galvanic corrosion the electrical circuit between the exposed metals needs to be broken, thus, sacrificial anodes (zincs) are used.
Anything regarding your running gear that can be repaired or replaced while in the water is our specialty. Our experienced divers are well equipped to handle all of your running gear service needs including propellers, shafts, struts, trim tabs, intakes (through-hulls), intake covers, transducers, knotmeter, keel coolers (when applicable), grounding plates, and line cutters.
Whether replacing or repairing your boat or yacht propeller our underwater dive crew we can do it safely and professionally. How convenient would it be to have us remove your boat propeller, transport it to the shop for balancing or repair and reinstall it for you in time for the weekend? It really is that easy!
