Monica helped us find our home she was amazing and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She was very reliable she kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we understood everything. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and understood what we were looking for. If we weren’t able to view a home she would go out of her way to take videos she truly is amazing and I’m glad we decided to go with her she made this experience great.

Monica was a joy to work with during the home buying process! My wife and I applied in one community in a different city and due to numerous complications with the community we had to look elsewhere. That elsewhere was about 60 miles away from where we started. Monica was more than willing to meet us over there and guide us in the process. We eventually decided to go forward with applying for a plan in the new community. Long story short. The same day we applied we got a call! My wife and I struggled with the quick decision we had to make. Monica assisted us with pros and cons of the decision.
