Pillar Technologies prides itself on the production and development of state-of-the-art induction sealers. In 1973, Pillar launched the first solid-state induction cap sealer and have since made critical and nuanced tweaks to their induction sealing machines as technology progressed. With customers seeking versatility and portability, Pillar has recently introduced advanced induction sealers with hand-held and energy efficient capabilities.
Designed with modularity in mind, the iFoiler features a highly functional touch screen interface, unsurpassed sealing efficiency, multiple language accessibility, and an optional, and highly-unique, "seal calibration system" which ensures seal integrity. There are more functions integrated into the microprocessor, such as memory functions for customer applications, which allows the iFoiler to operate independently.
The 4kW and 6kW systems consist of either a 4kW or 6kW IGBT power supply with the following standard features microprocessor control, stainless steel enclosure, fully adjustable output, customer interlock, customer run signal, auto start capability and adjustable loss of seal alarm. A waterless Universal Flat sealing coil is provided with appropriate output cable length designed to seal a wide variety of closure diameters.
The Unifoiler-H is another hand held cap selaing system that allows your system to "grow" as your output production increases. You can start out with a hand held Unifoiler unit and when it's time to go automated, you can purchase a conveyor style coil and mount, use the same power supply, swap the hand held coil for the conveyor coil and you're fully streamlined for conveyor sealing.
