With many years of export and military design experience, Steve, along with two members of his family began designing, building, and shipping custom wood products out of a 5,000 square foot building in Dousman, WI. Now, 20 years later, Goehner Industries Inc. is occupying 15,000 square feet and continues to build domestic, export, and military boxes, crates, skids, and packaging services for delivery by company trucks.
All boxes are crates are custom manufactured per the customer's specifications, either with their engineering blueprints, or that of our detail oriented design team with a combined 50+ years of experience. Boxes can be fully assembled, have a side or top loose, or shipped knocked down for assembly at your facility.
Goehner Industries manufactures light and heavy duty skids, decks, and saddles in the quantities you need. Should you need a pallet that holds 10 lbs, or a deck that houses a 50,000 lb machine, we will work closely with you to build what will work. We can construct items out of dense hardwood, softwoods, or engineered material depending upon the size and weight of the item you are trying to ship.
Our inventory consists of random length and width hardwoods, dimensional softwoods up to 18' in length, and various plywood & OSB sheathing. All of our material can be custom cut to meet whatever needs you may have as well as heat treated to be used as dunnage inside one of our boxes or sea container.
