Learn more about the A Home Within-CASA Therapy Project serving youth throughout California. Our volunteers have fully transitioned to teletherapy, continuing to see youth through the pandemic. We envision a world in which every foster child has a relationship with at least one consistent, caring adult.
We provide open-ended, individual psychotherapy, free of charge, to current and former foster youth. A Home Within is the only national organization dedicated solely to meeting the emotional needs of foster youth. We recruit qualified therapists to provide pro bono therapy to one current or former foster youth.

Services
A Home Within is a community dedicated to supporting the healing, resilience, and success of current and former foster youth. The children and youth we serve have already suffered profound trauma and disruption in their young lives. Your contribution is vital as we aim to triple the number of young people we serve during these troubling times and beyond.
If you're a therapist and can offer one free hour of therapy a week to a current or former foster youth, join the A Home Within community! A Home WIthin envisions a world in which every foster youth has a relationship with at least one consistent, caring adult. To meet that end, we provide open-ended, individual psychotherapy, free of charge, to current and former foster youth for as long as it takes.
A Home Within is committed to honoring and manifesting the diversity of our communities. We embrace and nurture diversity on every axis: racial and ethnic identity; language and culture; gender and sexual identity; economic circumstances; geographic location; training, discipline, and modality.
