This was my 2nd trip to this beautiful lil place on the bay front. It's very quiet and peaceful. Marcia is very professional, respectful and quick to respond. The area is safe and w/in walking distance to just about anything you could ever want or need. We enjoyed fishing directly off the balcony, opening the doors and allowing the breeze off the bay coming in while curled up watching a movie at night. The views are stunning. I'll definitely be going back.

The worst thing about our stay was we had to leave! We stayed at the Assateague house condo and it was incredible! The view was breathtaking and the condo itself was wonderful! Marcia the host not only let us check in early she also talked with me on the phone a month before to answer my questions. The condo was very clean and had everything your home would have. The condo has 3 very large bedrooms and 2 baths which is perfect for a family! Very easy check in and loads of free parking! Very quiet neighborhood and building! Huge balcony with views you only see in magazines! Beach, Boardwalk, fishing

I stayed at the Crab Shack for my 10 year anniversary this September. It was the most amazing place I have ever stayed. The deck over the water was stunning and very entertaining. There were many times I delayed going to the boardwalk or the beach because I was having so much fun on the deck! We saw jellyfish, crabs, needlefish, and a pod of dolphins (including a baby). The light attracted a lot of fish and it was awesome watching them swim up from the depths. I can't wait to come back!

I absolutely love Marcia and her husband. We have been renting from her in Ocean City for the past maybe four years I have never had a problem. All the rentals we stayed at were very nice, clean and beautiful. Marcia is so creative with Her decor. Any time I have ever needed anything she was just a phone call away.Marcia makes Checking in and checking out so easy. I have never had any complaints about any place I have stayed at of hers. Not to mention she makes the payment process so easy. We went for bike fest and my daughter’s birthday. I even cooked a couple of nights and the kitchen had everything

We stayed at the Cavalier Apartment 201! Really enjoyed it! The location was great! The decorations were really awesome! I loved the upstairs deck! We could sit outside a hear the sounds and see the lights from the boardwalk! Marcia, the owner is super sweet. We got to meet her and my pug started barking.... so she barked back lol! We will definitely be staying with them from now on! Looking forward to staying at the "Crab Shack" in October!

We had a wonderful stay at Seabreeze Unit C! Marcia went above and beyond to make sure our family vacation was perfect. The house was very clean, decorated and furnished with anything we could need; not to mention it was very spacious and accommodated 7 adults, a toddler and 2 newborns very comfortably. We definitely recommending staying here!

Marcia went above and beyond to ensure the best stay for us at the White Marlin-OC. The apartment was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Visiting family from Baltimore were impressed we found such a great spot so close to the boardwalk (3blocks!) but still away from the action. Very safe for our small children and great views of the bay.

Couldn't ask for anything more! Beautiful decor you make it feel like it's your own vacation house! Marcia is phenomenal and made everything so easy and laid back. If you had a problem or question she would be there before you got off the phone!! Definitely better then a hotel and the family and I are already planning next year vacation and will be getting in touch with Marcia soon to make sure the week we looking for is going to be available and then will be putting our deposit down for the house after we get all the logistics figured out!! You won't find better or a nicer person to deal with

We had a wonderful stay at Cavalier 101. Marcia was very pleasant and willing to go above and beyond for anything. She was truly a great host! Unit Cavalier 101 was awesome. Upon arrival, the unit was clean and sanitized. The unit had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The unit was only 1.5 short blocks from the beach! Great place to stay! Would highly recommend!

We stayed at the Crab Shack last weekend on the bayside and we absolutely loved it. We rented through Air B and B, and the host, Marcia was very responsive. The house has views that cannot be beat! The town home is directly over the water, and has ample fishing and crabbing supplies if that interests you to fish from the back deck (this was a huge draw for us!) Kitchen was well stocked, and was very clean. I would highly recommend! Picture was taken from the balcony while we were fishing.
