Wayne has been a carpenter since 1975, general contractor since 1979 and is also a licensed real estate broker. He has been the president of the Missouri Home Builders Association of Central Missouri twice and is constantly involved in various community events and fundraisers.

Brice & his team build & remodel each house with the same quality and detail he would use on his personal residence. Bernskoetter Construction is a gem to central Missouri. You might get a cheaper quote, but the quality will not compare to a Bernskoetter built house!
