Extremely precise, delicate and virtually no pain. I was impressed initially by not even feeling anything while receiving Novocain for delivery of numbing dose. From there Dr Huynh explained the entire procedure, providing comfort throughout his detailed and professional dental service. I would recommend his clinic to anyone who would like to visit a clinic that is friendly, efficient and pain free. They accepted insurance and were very flexible with schedule at my convenience. Professional, clean and impressive!

Every visit with Dr. Huynh is such a pleasure. He is quite busy to get in with, but always worth the wait. My experiences with him and entire team have been nothing short of amazing and they continuously offer the best oral care I have received. This consistent effort of paying attention to patient comfort through thorough exams is what will always bring me back to G.O. Dental Group. Not to mention, I’ve had extremely smooth check ins/outs with his front desk. Going to the dentist has never been so pleasant.

I've been a 5 years patient at G.O. Dental Group and never had a bad experience with them.
The front desk is nice and friendly, and I appreciate their clarity in confirming my benefits and patient portion. Making and rescheduling appointments is also fairly painless.

I went in for a simple teeth cleaning and I had a great experience. I was fortunate enough to call on a Friday as a new client and had an appointment slot for the next afternoon. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable in their job. The cleaning itself was quite easy, too. One of the smoothest visits to dentist I can remember. Left a good enough impression on me to go out of my way and write a review - so consider that alone to be a recommendation!

Dr. Michael Huynh and his staff are extremely professional and friendly individuals. I've been going here for years and everything has always been top notch. Pre Covid, unsure of hours now, they were even open on Saturdays which made it ultra convenient to set appoints outside of my typical work week grind. To be brutally honest, my initial impression of this business was not great. Scheduling the first appointment for my dental exam I felt extremely rushed speaking to whoever was helping me over the phone. I work in healthcare myself and I fully understand the amount of patience it requires to assist someone in receiving any sort of health service. Patients (in my experience) usually don't know how it works, nor is it explained to them. Had I been any other patient, I am not sure if speaking to the lady I spoke to would have made it any less confusing to me.

So sad. Dr. Huynh is great. My wife and I both had root planing. Virtually painless. The downside: you pay upfront the full price. In any other office the turnaround is basically two weeks. But here...The ins staff are clueless and can't file a claim properly. She even asked me to mail it myself. Claims mail goes to the neighbor next door, claims out to lunch ect... will not give me a proper invoice with the dental codes so I can submit to insurance. Had to call the attorney general just to get my insurance money from them. I suspect insurance fraud going on. Great treatment of the teeth

When I first came to G.O. Dental, it was years since I made an appointment with a dentist. I think it was mostly because I didn't have that many good experiences with going to the dentist. Because who really likes to go to the dentist. But from the first time I went here, I felt really comfortable to go here for my dental care. I actually like going to the dentist. Dr. Huynh and his staff are always welcoming and my teeth feel great after my appointments. The rest of my family also go here and trust their dental care with G.O. Dental too. I've been around to many different dental offices and this office by far is the best one. My entire family have been visiting Dr. Huynh for many years and we don't plan on leaving. His office is always clean and he never fails to meet my expectation when I come in for a visit. I got my braces done here as well and I could not be any happier with the results! I definitely would refer anyone here if they're looking for great services and to leave the dental office at the end of the day with a smile! :)

My family and I have been visiting this dental office for the past six years and we really appreciate how professional and caring they are towards their patients. They are always very thorough while examining. Although we live about half an hour away from here.. their care, service and expertise make our visits always worthwhile. Trying to arrange an appointment was difficult.
Having spoken to the receptionist several times and a few emails later I decided that this practice wasn't for me.
I never got to set Dr H so I can't comment on him although Ive heard good reports. It's a shame his reception process put me off going there.
*I spoke to two different people on the reception. It was the first one that seemed to be more interested about what I would be paying.
The second lady I spoke with did communicate more but there was a big disconnect with what I initially arranged on the phone with first receptionist

They gave me a quote for a crown that I thought was very high so I went and had a second opinion. The second dentist quoted me less than half so I was going to have him do the crown. Unfortunately after taking xray's they noticed the tooth was cracked and they were unable to save it. It concerns me that my original dentist did not see the crack and was going to perform the crown anyways.

After switching dentists last year due to proximity, I have been here a couple of times now. Their assistants have been fairly friendly, but the last visit was the fastest cleaning I have had in my life... I'm not entirely sure if that is good. They had a "sonic descaler " and digital xrays, but the polishing only took about half the time it took at my other dentist. I think the doc might have spent 5 minutes with me in total; actually that may be closer to 3 impersonal minutes. The waiting area has been full every time I have come also... probably due to them booking back to back

If you are a Veteran that is still seeking care because you didn't get the remainder of it before you got out of service-definitely do not go here. I was supposed to get treatment from an outside specialist for my tooth, and a whole month passed by, I heard nothing form these guys as my General Dentist regarding being approved by the VA or nothing. I finally call GO Dental Group a whole month later and not only did the lady who was working with my case quit, but no one picked up her slack and continued where she left off. Now here's the kicker-they got mad AND HUNG UP ON ME FOR TRYING

I've been going here since I was a kid, when it used to be Dr. Mirante's dental office. When he retired, Dr. Huynh took over the clientele and since then... I've started enjoying going to the dentist for my 6 month check-up cleanings.
Ever since Dr. Huynh took over, the office got frequent makeovers, the cleanings have been much more gentler and all the equipment have sure upgraded.
As much as I STILL HATE getting x-rays done, at least I don't have to bite down on cardboard type of x-ray paper. Instead, it's all high-tech that my x-rays come right up on the monitor rather

I'm such a horrible flosser---but I'm still improving, so that's good. :P Michael is a great guy, clean job, and seems to ensure he keeps up with the latest dental office equipment and patient comfort. Adjustable massage mat on the chair. Wall-mounted monitor. Decked out shelf in waiting area (coffee, crackers, etc). The assistant seems to change every time I come in for my 6 month check-up, but they all are pleasant. Closing slider pack, instead of a bag, is the new home for the handed-off toothbrush, floss, and business card.

My wife were (emphasis on were) new clients. We were told they can see us for an exam and most likely a cleaning if no major problems showed up on the exam.
It looked like they didn't have time to do the cleaning but instead rushed us through and did a very very poor cleaning so they can see the next client. Worse cleaning I have ever had in my life!!!
If they were not able to do the cleaning they should not have booked us for that time slot. Now if we want to do another cleaning before 6mons it's going to be out of pocket instead of through insurance.
