New England Plumbing does lots of charity work in the community, we came across a call from an an elderly man in his 90s with no water due to a blown well pump , the pump was totally obsolete and other pump companies wouldn’t even look at it , we called king pumps and they said bring it in and let’s see what we can do
Within one day this happy old guy had water again , thanks to the ingenuity and integrity of these true genuine gentlemen ,,
We thank you for your fair and honest work and price, especially considering nobody else could do it

Terrible customer service Eddie seems to not be happy to work there. Unwilling to help unwilling to provide service. This business wont be getting business from me ever again. There is plenty of pump establishments in south florida to be dealing with other than these guys.

As a previous reviewer stated "bizarre" and unprofessional in the extreme. They answered my call but were unhelpful and then abusive in a way that is hard to describe. Even if they prove to be cheaper, pay a few dollars more and go elsewhere. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

Eddie was horrible and should not be in customer service do not use this company. The owner needs to fire this guy he became violent on the phone and has severe problems. Do Not use this Company until Eddie is fired.

A bizarre, unprofessional and unhelpful company. They don't take phone calls, so I emailed with a question about a pump I wanted, and they didn't respond for three days. I emailed again and they got back to me on the second day. They didn't answer all my questions. Don't fight it. Go elsewhere. This company doesn't make pumps, they just sell them, so buy from a company that wants to help people.

Kings Pumps "Eddie" was really short and not willing to help with warrantee questions on a pump I bought less than a year ago...When buying the pump the sales person was really helpful in helping me pick the right pump. Eddie got angry when I asked if it would be covered under warrantee and told me he would give me a contact in my area to call for the part I needed. I will not purchase from them again because of the rude treatment when trying to get a replacement part that I was willing to pay for even though it should not have failed.
